Turbo Car Wash

The place is nice, easy to find. The employees are nice and friendly. The employees gave me lots of information on the services offered. The prices are high but I had a coupon. I’d return though since they offer car detailing

Luis, the manager, is the best. I happened to show up after they closed (my fault for not double checking if they were open). He came out and greeted me when he could’ve just hidden inside. Even though they were probably ready to go home, not only did he offer to wash my car for free the next day since it was my first time, but he even threw in a free full-service wash on the house for the inconvenience (which was my fault). I came back the next day. The staff is great, they got my car nice and clean, and I will definitely be back. The waiting room is a nice air conditioned room with fresh couches, which is very nice on a hot day.

Car got scratched during car wash and lots of spots left over afterwards. Not happy with this wash and definitely won't be back.

Luis is awesome … I drive Lyft and your services are greatly appreciated!!! Also I’ve noticed your locations are convenient as well. I live close to your Park Row location… finally closer than most car washes!!! The employees at this location are friendly, informative and willing to accommodate 😊 Thank you for providing great services

I have to start by saying that the pricing and staff here are fantastic. Everyone was attentive and friendly, and—best of all—they didn't push a monthly package on me like their lives depended on it. After I posted my initial review, the manager, Luis, reached out to me via email. We exchanged several messages, and I agreed to bring my car back in today so he could see the damage in person. We wanted to see if we could find a fix that worked for both of us, and I’m happy to say we did. We had a pleasant, respectful, and calm discussion that ended in an amicable resolution. Honestly, I wish there were more managers like Luis. He acknowledged the problem immediately and spoke with me in a non-accusatory way. We discussed solutions without the conversation ever becoming charged or heated. Turbo, you made a very wise decision hiring Luis as a manager—though I’m sure you already know that. This kind of wonderful customer service is almost non-existent these days. My car looks great, and I didn't have to pay an arm and a leg to get it back to its best. If you want your car to shine, just bring it to these guys.
